It is also important to keep an eye on your calorie-intake if you are serious about losing weight.

Aerobics have helped many people lose weight. There are low, medium, and high-intensity cardiovascular workouts, and people who are just starting their exercise programs should begin with the low-intensity workouts. They can build up to the high-intensity workouts, which will be more effective in helping them to shed excess pounds.

Dancing can also help you "loose weight". It is also important to curb your appetite if you are serious about losing weight. Overeating would never help you if you want to get a sexy hour glass figure. Finally, you need to stick to your exercise as well as diet plan.
